haha slept at 1215 woke up at 1207 XD man wasted half a day.
Now having headache ): when will this be over :'(

TRAINING
It felt goooooddd ((: After the warm-up and stuff, i ONLY did one sprint =.=' haha not bad did a 44- 50m flykick>> considering th fact that i haven trained for a week plus!
Then i missed the 16 x 50s :D i mean not my prob barry ask me get up XD
Decided to do gym till 7. Man do i hate the pushups!
