not the best day. could be worst?

I've realised that i have been more vulgar towards the end. maybe jus cos i get pissed more often now cos of my parents being so petty and ridiculous about some things.

I feel that i've changed. Not much better..but maybe worse.
-I over-react, causing others to be hurt sometimes.
-I get pissed off suddenly, and people thinks i have mood swings.
-I get up early from training for a medical reason, and people think im a slacker.
-I try to cheer people up, they normally say 'Its okay im fine (: ' and thats a total fake smile.
-I try to please my parents, they choose my sister over me. bias freaks, AND I'm the one always getting scolded cos of her mistakes. And once, we both got scolded. She cried cos she dropped her freakin useless pen on the floor. I cried cos i got slapped for the very first time from my dad.
For gawd sakes wad did i do to deserve this. seriously.

OH
and i learnt that the word ' ASSUME' will only get you no where..or get you to dig your own grave.
i have done many mistakes that i have regretted, so im very sorry to those to you out there. Some may see it, some may not. But at least i said it.

~Assuming in Math may deduct u some marks.
~Assuming in relationships may make it even worse.
~Assuming that someone status is referring to you, aint no good either.
~Assuming that its gonna rain, may ruin ur perfect day u were expecting.

this thing is really a total crap thing. It has gotten me nowhere either.
And this year i realised also, that its very tiring having people that has crushes on you. Cos everyday you have urself thinking- 'why am i doing this? wad will i gain?' more attention? please. People tease you, you gotta answer back and insist he'/she's wrong. And you have them thinking they still got a chance WHEN you alr told them.
For some, once they're done 'running round in circles' they dao you and avoid you.
For the rest, they still can be nice and be yor good friend.

ugh I've had enough. I dun wan 2010 to be as messed up as this year. why messed up? hmm..lets see..
there was this stupid friendship problem that all leads back to one person that caused it.
there was this headache and the news that i cant swim til March broke me down till i was so terrified i was shivering plus limbs were numb. Later on there were more shoutings.
Then there was this compicated bg relationship crap.
sighs..

so i am gonna try to change myself for the better this year.
As for school, i really hope i dun be in the same class as her.
Home, my sis to get a life of stop reminding me that i cant swim no longer than 1hr for the time being.

just another normal day.

MORNING
man i was so dang tired..last nite couldn sleep.. again. till like past 12?! and i had to wake up for training.
TRAINING
the sprints were quite good (: i did a 33 push off. and hey! its quite good for a girl that hasn trained in a month k!
My sis was being an annoyance, kept reminding me i had to get up after an hour. wont she get a life and shut her hole. so noisy.
Just cos she's older she thinks she can boss me arnd. pls.

NOW
i have jus spent about 30min typing th post above ^^ and oso partly cos this stupid keypads are going haywire..some of the words i type wont even come out -.-
i haven even eaten lunch cos i dunno if there was even lunch!

was spent sleeping till 12, went out to watch 'Alvin and the Chipmunks 2' with ben, sarah, annabelle, kat (:

After went to have some ice-cream. OH and the best part is my sis and i both spent 8 bucks each on jus an ice cram for me and some youhgurt for her..man things are getting dam ex. OR they are alr ex originally without me noticing it..hahahaha
Then went to the club to eat dinner i think, since popcorn wasmy lunch..hehe
After dinner, went Kallang to watch Avatar! Only my sis and annabelle went to watch Princess and The Frog LOL! hhhaha and they found the show scary alr wth??!
Anyways, AVATAR WAS AWESOME! AHHAHAH as i said on fb, it can be a Legendary movie man!
One of the best I've watched..haha the effects were good too.

TODAY
slept at 1.30 last nite, woke up at 1230 hehe XD
my sis calls me a pig cos i keep sleeping till 12..but not that i could help it? hahahha

its my granddads' death anniversary..

so basicallly went to gym for the 3rd time tis week. i think its the most number of times i have been to the gym in a week XD AND i lasted for an hour this time :D
only 10min on treadmill, cos i cant run for hellsake haha. 'Cycled' for 15min, the rest was on abs and weights..haiz i miss training ): though i heard its dam easy with yangbin haha..BUT still its better than nothing..
After gym was work..i finally touched chi for after abt 2monthS? man i forgot everything yeterday when i had chi tuition haha..everything give back to teacher liao :D

I think the clock is ticking fast. Time has passed so fast, and now Christmas is just a week away.

ANYWAYS, YESTERDAY
went to gym, did abs, weights, cycling, and treadmill..haha i lasted longer than usual- 50min! haha wdvr lar i know very short.

AFTERNOON
I searched some piano covers. Learnt the intro of Mad by Ne-yo. haha not bad..but i cant continue!
Then i learnt the correct key of Long Juan feng- Jaychou
On and on, i think my neighbours sick of me playing the same old songs again and again..haha but i need practice to make it perfect wad..parent teach me one..must follow rite..haha

Then went for a run with nikki aka tonic aka my dog haha, around the neighbourhood..

OVERALL
it was a 'not bad ok day' But now..

my legs are aching..i wonder if i should go gym tmr..

AFTERNOON
went shopping wif grandma and mum, but bringing me along was a last minute thing. In the end i bought the most stuff there hehe XD
And im changing specs! haha..my degree went up by 25 but only my right lar..i had to make a new one, or i would be blind for 3days plus man..haha

i found a caterpillar in my rice, on my carrot. dang man. 2nd encounter of grubs/worms in my food. The first time i found some whitish worm in my longan. Ever since, i feared of eating Longan liao..
Then in p3, while in the basketball court, i found a greenish grub on my arm. ew man. I remember there were alot at the parents corner on the seats. sick man.

TODAY
I set my alarm at 7 to have a run around the neighbourhood to freshen up. But as most of you would think, yes i did not wake up hehe..switched off the alarm and went back to sleep till about 10
But im going for a run later so wdvr hhaha..
and my sis jus told me she's going training tmr. yes that is okay..BUT IN THE MORNING. omg i dun wanna wake up again jus to go gym..sighs..sholuld i go gym or dryland? =(

man the rollercoaster was dam scary! stupid drop. haha i teared XD
we din really take much rides as we lost our parents after the Hollywood Dream. Wasted a few hours walking here and there, WITHOUT money or phone lar!
After, james intro us this crepe thing, was SUPER GOOD! the choco fudge with bananas in the thin layer of soft skin (:

haha basically this was alll sightseeing, had a snowball fight XD then fell into mud :p haiz..

DAY5- tokyo shopping!!
bought shoes and stationery hehe.. the stuff in japan dam ex lar!! waliao..esp the stuff in Universal Studios and Disneyland are FREAKIN ex..so those who will recieve those from there be grateful man! haha i had to 'convince' my mum :p

DAY6- Disneyland!

the Castle was cool. However my sis not only thinks its cool, she thinks its the main thing there =.='
the rides werent as bad as Universal S. lol. That day actually sucked cos it rained like cats and dogs, AND we din have an umbrella =.='
The mini rollercoaster there was soo fun! haha. haunted house was NOT huanted at all BUT my sis still din go in. BUT she still cried when we found her =.='

basically we took the A380 back! But nothing special lar..though its the biggest craft in the world or smth like tht bla bla..but the staircase aka upperdeck was uber cool! hehe

ok so tmr is the release of the pelse results. anxious nervous blah blah blah.. sigh crossing my fingers =/

hahahah went out wif kim to watch Christmas Carol 3D. then wasted 10bucks on muji pens! And i realised Orchard there got loads of ppl walking arnd saying 'hey can u give me 1min of ur time, i would like to..' blah blah blah. why cant they jus tell us > ' can you donate' .. haha so after once, i gave 5 kim gave 10,we both jus go on saying 'donated!' haha we so mean rite (: but we're not lying wad! :p
Then went shopping wif mum at tangs as they were having a sale..then as we were rushing against time, we forgot to buy some perfume my mum wanted..haha
Bought my FIRST Everlast pumps. I was that close to buying my first Converse =( oh wells..no time..haha my mum say next time (: Then bought some skirt which costs $95 original, then $61 after discount hehe (:

Apparently now i cant train, and wads worse is that im going away to Malaysia when, ben and annabelle is not even going. My sis going to be away in NZ. So that would mean im going to be stuck with only junda. that dude dun even talk to me for gawd sakes. And that would be totally wasting my time there lar. I need to train badly. SOS. help. :'( Then after that Im going Japan for a week. OMG help pls help :'( i got a freakin position to hold. If my timings go down, I'll have to go down with it =( And next year, 2010, there are so many competitions and meets coming up. Wth.

hahaha it was SUPER cool. As it was raining heavily in the West, Bukit Timah area, the roads were totally flooded! haha UBER COOL. hehe..sadly i din getta see the canals flood as my fren said. Ben said his school flooded too. Man this is the first time i have ever seen anything like that! Even cars were stalled.

Maths was okay..fun abit. lifesci =.=' OH NO THE TERROR. super boring lar..stupid measurements and the vernier calipers thing ugh.

sucked man. My arm dam pain. But for the main set, i oni basically sprinted for 2 out of the 15?? haha the rest i TRY to sprint. But my right arm was really sore liao. My head oso kena. It actually kena at like the warmup during the IM set.

haha was awesome! cos halfway it rained (: now i wonder why do we do so many long distance sets. sucks man. esp the warm up!
So it rained heavily, bfc din allow us to get out in the rain, and stay under shelter. Thus, after he went up to the office, me and sarah were running to get our stuff.. haha later others joined. man it was fun =)

Since the lappy was super lag, i think it hanged, so i managed to get the desktop after my sis.
So in order to shut it down instantly, i jus took out the bat at the back. It was dying alrdy anyway hehe..

swam for an hour, then got up -.-
But not bad leh..i could still swim 1.20 and under for the 4x and not feel tired hehe (: ok fine larr..very slow very slow..BUT i haven swam in days..hehe so still ok!

totally sucked. i went into bed at about 10.50. Lay there for freakishly 1whole hr, got up, realised sis was in parents room, watching America's got Talent hehe..so i watched too till 12??
Went back to bed, couldn fall asleep again till 1.30 plus??!!!
That is so frutrating. Here i am super tired, wanna sleep early to get rid o the headache too, but can't sleep =.=' Adding to that, i woke a few times in between too!
